The Securities and Exchange Commission has admitted three more virtual asset service providers into its Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Programme, taking the total number of participants to 14.
The newly cleared firms are Pisi Payments Solution Limited, BC Access Nigeria Limited, which operates as Blockchain.com, and Yellow Card. Their admission expands the number of digital asset companies now operating under the commission’s structured oversight framework.
The Accelerated Regulatory Incubation Programme, known as ARIP, is the SEC’s route for integrating virtual asset service providers into its regulatory process. Each new admission increases the pool of firms subject to the regulator’s oversight while they participate in the programme.
With the latest approvals, the total number of ARIP participants now stands at 14.
The latest additions raise the number of digital asset firms under the SEC’s structured oversight to 14, signalling the regulator’s continued effort to bring more crypto entities into its compliance framework.
